Eura Mobil leads the way in online networking

Eura Mobil exhibited its Online Mobil at the CMT trade fair in Stuttgart and is also setting the pace as a provider of online infrastructure. At one of the first locations in Germany, a WLAN hotspot was installed in January directly adjacent to the motor-home parking lot at the company's Sprendlingen factory. The hotspot can be used for Internet connections of all kinds. With its installation, Eura Mobil pioneers the availability of a full-coverage online network for motor-home owners.

Whether or not a satellite dish is installed on the motor home, digital terminal devices can log into the Internet directly via the hotspot. Users of a digital satellite system will for instance then be able to telephone via satellite and surf the Internet via WLAN at the same time. Eura Mobil views online networking as a central topic for the future. The motor home is where car, house or apartment and mobile applications come together; an optimal reception situation is therefore an important precondition for convenient, unrestricted use of the new features available online.
