Eura Mobil GmbH endeavours to make its website accessible in accordance with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG) and the Ordinance to the Barrier-Free Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSGV).
2. status of compatibility with the requirements
This website is partially accessible. The requirements of the aforementioned legal bases are not yet fully met.
Non-accessible content
The content listed below is not accessible for the reasons stated. We are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our website and to successively rectify these shortcomings.
- PDF documents: Accessibility for some of our PDF documents is not fully guaranteed. Many of these documents were created before 28 June 2025 and are not optimised for screen readers or do not contain sufficient metadata.
- Contrast ratios: The contrast ratio of text on background (especially text on images or graphic elements) is not sufficient everywhere, which makes it difficult for people with visual impairments to read.
- Text over pictures: In some cases, text is placed directly above images, which impairs readability with certain font and background colour combinations.
- Missing alt texts: Alternative texts (alt texts) for images and graphic elements are not stored everywhere. This prevents screen readers from being able to describe this content correctly.
- Complex content: Not all content is available in plain language. This can make it difficult for people with cognitive impairments or language barriers to understand.
- Navigability via keyboard (tab order): The tab order is not always correct, especially on pages with dynamically loaded content or animations that load elements with a delay and thus interrupt the logical sequence when navigating using the keyboard.
- Navigability via keyboard (accessibility of elements): Not all interactive elements and content are fully accessible via the keyboard (tab key). This restricts use for people who cannot or do not want to use a mouse.
- Links without link text: On some pages there are links without descriptive link text. This makes it difficult for screen reader users to understand where the link leads to.
- YouTube videos: Videos embedded via YouTube have not been checked for their own accessibility (e.g. full subtitles, audio descriptions or transcripts) and may therefore have limitations.
- Heading hierarchy: The logical heading hierarchy (H1, H2, H3, etc.) is not implemented correctly throughout, which makes navigation and understanding the page structure more difficult for screen reader users.
- Missing "Skip to Content" button: There is no "Skip to content" button or comparable jump marker. This makes navigation more difficult for keyboard users, as they have to move through recurring navigation elements every time they call up a page.
- Font sizes too small: In some areas of the website, font sizes are too small, which makes it difficult to read, especially for people with visual impairments or older users.
