Each order is confirmed by Eura Mobil to the authorised dealer with an estimated delivery date. If you have any questions about the delivery status and the specific delivery date, please contact your authorised dealer directly.

We do not currently offer factory collection.

We offer daily factory tour through our production. Simply call us Monday to Thursday at shortly before 10 a.m. come to the meeting point at Reisemobil Forum (Kreuznacher Str. 78, 55576 Sprendlingen). After a short safety briefing, we will start straight away: production, joinery, furniture pre-assembly, quality assurance, etc. The factory tour lasts approx. 1 hour. Afterwards you will receive a coffee in our Reisemobil Forum. Further information can be found on the Reisemobil Forum website!  

There is no sale ex works. You can find the nearest Eura Mobil dealer in your region at Retailer.

There is no rental ex works. If you would like to rent an Eura Mobil, please contact your authorised Eura Mobil dealer or the German Motorhome Rental DRM.

The optional extras available ex works can be found in the current optional equipment list under the Downloads (technical data). Please clarify any desired changes to the scope of equipment of your new vehicle directly with your authorised Eura Mobil dealer. As your contractual partner, he is the direct and competent contact for your wishes and will also inform you about possible deadlines for Order changes.

For orders in other countries, please note the respective country equipment, which may differ from the scope of equipment in Germany.

If you wish to make changes to the technical design or the registration papers of your Eura Mobil vehicle, please contact your authorised dealer directly, who will provide you with all the necessary information and documents.

Your Eura Mobil service partner is your competent contact for questions/orders regarding spare parts. Using the chassis number, they can process your enquiry quickly and reliably in the electronic spare parts catalogue. Spare parts are dispatched daily from our central spare parts warehouse to dealers and service partners.

Please understand that we are unable to provide you with repair and assembly instructions for work on our vehicles. Please contact your authorised Eura Mobil dealer, who has all the necessary documents and can explain and carry out the necessary work on your vehicle on site.

Eura Mobil manufactures modern motorhomes in series production. Individual wishes can be taken into account as part of our extensive special equipment programme. Please discuss any additional special requests with your authorised Eura Mobil dealer. He will be happy to help you in his own workshop or can recommend a specialised company for conversions or custom-made products.

Eura Mobil offers a 10-year leakproofness guarantee on motorhomes with bodywork (except vans) (with cover up to the Total mileage of 150,000 km) for the bodywork and a three-year furniture warranty for all vehicles from model year 2017. For all older models, Eura Mobil offers a 6-year leakproofness warranty for the bodywork and a three-year furniture warranty on the Eura Mobil vehicle ranges. For vans, Eura Mobil offers a leakproofness guarantee totalling 6 years (with cover up to the Total mileage of 100,000 km). The prerequisite for the maintenance of any warranty claims is the Annual leak test (subject to a charge) with an authorised Eura Mobil service partner. Please assert your guarantee and warranty claims directly with your Eura Mobil service partner. An inspection by the authorised specialist company is a prerequisite for any guarantee by Eura Mobil.

The ex-works unladen weight of your Eura Mobil vehicle can be found on the first page of the Eura Mobil service booklet supplied with the vehicle. Before purchasing a vehicle, please pay particular attention to the weight of optional extras that reduce the payload. You will find information on the additional weight in the Equipment list / Technical data.

Your authorised Eura Mobil dealer will be happy to advise you on Eura Mobil used vehicles. If necessary, he can also advise you of a vehicle from his / our rental stock if your desired vehicle is not (yet) available as a used vehicle.
