Information on delivery dates
Eura Mobil confirms every order with the dealer, specifying the anticipated delivery date. For questions regarding delivery status and for a specific delivery date, please contact your dealer directly.
Pick-up at the factory
We do not offer factory pick-ups.
We do not sell direct from the factory. You can find your nearest Eura Mobil dealer under Dealers.
Rental ex works
We do not offer any rental service from the factory. If you want to rent a Eura Mobil, please contact your authorized dealer or the German motorhome rental DRM.
The ex works optional possible special equipements can be found in the current special equipment list under downloads (technical data). Please order directly from your authorized dealer any desired changes to the equipment of your new vehicle. As your contract partner, he is the direct and competent contact person for your wishes and also informs you about possible deadlines for order changes.
For orders in other countries, please note the relevant country-specific features that may differ from the scope of equipment in Germany. Attention: The product range, standard equipments and special equipments shown on this webpage are only valid for Germany. Please ask your local dealer for the product range and equipments in your country.
COC papers / homologation / permitted weights
In the event of changes to the technical design or registration papers of your Eura Mobil vehicle, please contact your dealer directly, who will receive all of the information and documentation required from us.
Repair instructions / assembly instructions
Please be aware that we are unable to provide you with any repair or assembly instructions for work on our vehicles. Please contact your Eura Mobil dealer, who has all of the documentation required and will be able to explain and carry out the work required on your vehicle on site.
Customised vehicle features / vehicle conversions
Eura Mobil motorhomes are manufactured in series production. Personal preferences can be accommodated as part of our extensive special features programme. Any special requests that go beyond this should be discussed with your Eura Mobil dealer. He will be happy to assist you in his own workshop, or can recommend a specialist company to take care of any conversions or special customisations.
Warranty / warranty terms
Eura Mobil offers a total of 10 years' leak guarantee on the Eura Mobil motorhomes with superstructure (excluding the vans) up to 150 000 km and a 3 years' guarantee for the furniture for all models newer than season 2017. For all older models, Eura Mobil offers a total leak guarantee on the Eura Mobil motorhomes of 6 years for the construction and a furniture warranty of three years. For the vans Eura Mobil offers a 6 year leak guarantee up to 100 000 km. The condition for the maintenance of any warranty claim is the annual leak test (chargeable) at the authorized Eura Mobil Service Partner. Please assert your guarantee and warranty claims directly with your Eura Mobil service partner. An inspection by the authorized specialist company is a prerequisite for any guarantee by Eura Mobil.
The curb weight of your Eura Mobil vehicle can be found on the first page of your motorhome's service booklet. Please note before buying a motorhome, that the weight of the special equipment will reduce the payload. The information on the additional weight can be found in the equipment list / technical data.
Your Eura Mobil dealer will be pleased to inform you about Eura Mobil used vehicles. He may also advise you of a vehicle from his / her rental portfolio if your desired vehicle is not available as a used vehicle.
